problem with connection to network

[Combine Hybrid]

I recently hooked up modem to my new PC. the internet is running smoothly but there is just only one problem. there is a pop up asking me to connect to the network with broadband, but I'm already connected to the network. It keeps bring it up time to time, it sometimes causes the connection to stop and browser won't load.

I really can't fix this and it's been a complete nuisance for past weeks.
