Problem with GPU

I have a 7600gt, and the native resolution of my 22 inch ws monitior is 1680 x 1050, yet, when I go into this resolution I cannot see all of the screen and unless I scroll to see the other, about 1/16th of the total screen... for example right now I cannot see the X in the top right corner but if I scroll my mouse over I will be able to. Im sure that this is a driver problem, also the text is a bit blurrier than my last card 6600 gt, the screen was clean and crisp... now not so much. does anyone know how to fix this?

also I cannot get my Nvidia control panel to open... ;/

Well, I fixed the pan issue... I just reloaded some old drivers. But my will not open.

Sorry Asus, I was short of freaking out. My NVidia control panel will not open, so I cannot get into coolbits.

Did you reinstall the control panel too or just the drivers? Or are they inseparable?
(Like I know with current ATI drivers you can install/uninstall the drivers and control panel separately. Lot of people just install the driver and use something like ATI Tray Tools -3rd party program- to control the settings instead of their Control Center.)
