Problem with instalation

I'm trying to install Half Life 2 Collectors Edition. After instalation of steam, instalator of hl2 is running and i've got to click 'next' button. But when i'm doing this nothing happens. Also when i click 'cancel' nothing happens. Can anybody help me?
