Problem with my AIW 9600XT

I have an ATI All-In-Wonder 9600XT but I'm running into a little snag. I have my monitor connected to the primary VGA controller and that works fine. The problem is that I have my TV hooked up to the S-video out, but it is only showing the video from my primary adapter. How do I get the computer to see the S-video adapter as my secondary display so that I can watch a movie on my TV but still surf the web on my monitor. I can get this setup to work with two monitors but not with one monitor and a TV. What am I doing wrong?

Open Display Properties (right-click on the desktop and select Properties...) and click on the Settings tab.
Now click on the display with the "2" on it and check the box marked "Extend my Windows desktop onto this monitor".
Set the resolution and colour depth you want (I recommend 800x600 and Highest (32-bit) colour depth).

I've already done this and it works just fine with two monitors. It refuses to work with the S-video instead of the vga adapter though.

Display Properties>Settings>Advanced>Displays Tab and click on the little power button (|) next to TV.

That's all I can think of. Sorry.
