Problem with steam: 'game files will now be re-acquired from steam'..

Hey, whenever I try to start up a game through steam it says ..'preparing to play counter-strike' then a box comes up saying:

Steam has found a problem with your local games file.
Game files will now be re-acquired from the Steam servers

I click it ok then it just keeps repeating what ive told you...

does anybody know how to fix this?!

Delete cached files in steamapp folder and try again (redownload whole game again)

My steam keep repeating Steam has found a problem with your local games file Game files will now be re-acquired from the steam servers i keep pressing ok but it keeps coming out agian i checked my games file and theres nothing wrong with it but it came out agian can someone help me fix it

Yeah, well... delete the gfc files in the Steamapps folder and redownload the whole game again.
