Problem with Turrets

Hi,

I'm playing the Entanglement level and am wondering whether anyone else has encountered this problem and if so a solution for my problem.

I am at the scene where you need to set up the turrets for the second time having completed the scene the first time just using normal weapons. Whenever I attempt to set up the turrets they do not attack the combine but attack me instead. I can move them around and as long as I don't move in front of them I am ok ... but it makes it a bit hard to complete the second turret area when they don't even work!! While they are meant to have been reprogrammed that obviously didn't happen - whether that is a bug or not I am not sure.

Anyway, to reiterate my question, has this occurred to anyone before?

I never had any trouble with friendly turrets turning on me, and I carried all of the turrets with me until the end of the level. I have heard that if you leave your friendly turrets behind at a loading zone, then they turn on you, but I haven't seen that happen. Just to make sure that we are talking the right ones.. the friendly turrets are the ones that you find in big steel cupboards.

Yeah ... the ones from the cupboard.

The friendly turrets are never friendly though. She says she is going to reprogramme them but that never occurred. They only attack me, not the combine.

I'm going to restart the entire level and see if that rectifies it.
