Yea, well - as the topic enquires every time i try to launch either Half Life: Source or Counter Strike: Source it tells me there's a problem with the video mode. After trying a couple' time it says that i must have at least Direct X 7.0 or greater installed - which i have (9.0c). Im running on a Windows XP system with a 5900 gainward gfx, should not be a problem? ;o Running with the 77.72 nVidia drivers; yes i have tried reinstalling those.
