That's right. The edges of the water are the problem here. The waterline just stops, it doesn't blend nicely and grow transparent the further it meets ashore. It's just flat and jagged. I tried rolling back my current drivers to the 81.85 from the 81.87 betas, but still it doesn't fix the problem I am having. I used Driver Cleaner PE and Cab Cleaner and cleaned my drivers and then installed the 81.87 betas, but still nothing.

I have everything updated. I have the latest version of DirectX 9. And I've validated TLC as well. I even went as far as uninstalling TLC and reinstalling it, again the problem remains. I'm sticking with the 81.87 betas for now until a solution arrives.

Could someone please help me with this annoying problem. I'm in dire need of an answer! ;(

Thanks.

Here are a couple screenshots showing what I mean.

I've had the same problem in all Source games for few months. Doesnt really bother me that much.

Yeah, I've been hearing from all around that a lot of people are experiencing this problem. So it's not just me. Thank God.

Edits: I guess a moderator should close this thread. I've yet to see a screenshot from anywhere showing the waterline as anything different from mine. VALVE! :/

yeah... it's just how it is in the level...

[SARCASM]you'd think with all the time they had building the level, they would've made it look better![/SARCASM]

It's just a small little thing that doesn't make any difference in anything... and, just like anything I do, should be ignored.
