new caytalysts make hl's mouse responsiveness get extremey crappy after I press escape and go back and the fps caps at 60 and cant be raised!!! wtf responsiveness thing ruins hl IM SO SICK OF ATI DRIVERS

There might be something wrong with your HL or mouse. But, anyways, nothing wrong on my end.

i uninstalled all previous drivers and installed the new ones and vwala crappier performance and after i hit esc mouse gets fuxxored

well I just clean installed the new drivers again but il see if those bugs are caused by enableing tripe buffering in the d3d menu... even tho I play hl on ogl

I usually just override the previous drivers with the new catalyst ones...

u turn off vsync and still cant get over 60 fps?

the 60FPS cap is annoying, its not actually capping your FPS, its capping your monitor refresh rate, if you want to turn vsync off it wil fix your problem, but it makes my stuff choppy.
