Problems playing demos. Screens inside

Hi,

I just dl'ed a few demos (.dem files) but cannot play them.

I try going into game and typing playdemo name or even clicking on the file. Either way it comes up with 2 errors.

I searched for Steam.dll and Filesystem_steam.dll and they are where they should be.

Yes, i'm pretty sure :s. What folder are they supposed to go in just to make sure?
