problems with CS: S

I have had some problems with CS:S, when i tried to start it, it said that my video drivers needed to be updated, but i ignored that and tried to play it, but when i did, i would have an arm with no hand, a hand holding the gun backwards, and a hand on the bottom of the gun...
then when i took out the bomb, i had three hands..
then i updated my video driver, and it still does the same thing

also, when i check for servers, sometimes most of them say not responding....or something like that

the not responding thing.. well i have, most of the jolt cs servers, well all of them infact, i cant see. The hand thingy.... MEH!! no idea. Well get a program Called DriverCleaner, it removes all of the old driver files on your system, which can sometimes cause problems. If that dont help.. OOO BUGGER!

Edit :- I think the soffy is called DriverCleaner3
