Problems with mother board fan IS7-E ABIT

This morning i started her up and the fan is making this wierd noise, and it is not spinning correctly. What should i do? If it dies do i need to replace it.

Might seem like a silly question, but is the fan power cable in properly?

Its quite hard to see in that picture, but can you take the fan off without taking off the actual heatsink that is attached to the northbridge, because if you can you could take it off, give it a quick clean and then check that it spins freely. If not then there are replacements for those motherboard fans, although they may be louder than that one as they arn't custom designed.

Yeah looks like i have too , just came back home and its doing it agian DAMN ohh well . ill try best buy.
