Problems With Ranks?

Has anyone else been having problems with ranks? I've been playing on ranked servers all night, and none of my stats are showing on the BFHQ page. I've been racking up lots points too How are the stats recorded, by your own system or by the server?

Heard problems with this before. Some people have suggested logging out and then back in and your rank points will appear. I haven't tried it yet though, or had to really.

when I logged back in my points were there, so yeah I think the servers are just wonky atm

Its probably due to all the lag on the servers.

All the stats were being recorded for me the other day.

Logging on and off didn't seem to do anything. I'm not sure if it's refusing to update or my points were lost I guess we'll see.

It seems like it takes awhile for the stats to get there. I was racking up awards but they didn't show up until just recently.

I'm having a different problem with stats though; is anyone else getting inaccurate death stats? Maybe I'm just reading it wrong but under my deaths, it's said that I've been killed twelve times by the defibulator. I haven't even been killed ONCE by that thing (although I killed a guy with it once, and I have been stabbed a few times). I'm not sure whether it means that I got killed while I had that weapon out or what, but it's pissing me off to see those there. :flame: I'm considering just restarting my account despite my awards to get rid of those.

probably just a glitch, things are rocky as the game was just released... I wouldn't recommend redoing your whole account, give it another day or so.. if it's still there, then go ahead.

Just to update. I logged in today and my stats were there. SO I guess what's happening is that EA's servers are getting hammered, but they are still recording stats. It will just take awhile before they're available for download.

My stats finally appeared too. Hopefully once the servers get back up to speed it won't take so long to update.

I'm having the same problems, really annoying considering I got some pretty decent scores! Frosty how long did it take, roughly, for your scores to show up... a few hours or a few days? (i'm from Brit-land, where it's only just been released yesterday so the servers are probably taking a hammering again)

same here, played last night with shakermaker on ea uk server, stats didnt showup for either of us.

It's not that the stats are broken, just give them half a day or so to update, the stats work fine (except for medals/badges not showing up at times)

It took a night, I think. I had played the night before and didn't check again until the next night.

Just give them time, they're not lost

(But hopefully they'll start to update faster )

Odd, I played a few games this morning and they updated right away(got lance corporal ) They seemed to update right away, as in each game it was updated. I just had to log out and back in and there they were! However, they are back to being slow, maybe it's just a ton of people cluttering the system.

Hi all,

Just FYI, we've been able to catch up on stats processing. It should now take no more than five minutes for score and rank updates to be reflected in each player's BFHQ!

So, that's good news.
