Problems with sleep mode

My computer recently wont go into sleep mode. It will do its thing like normal and the monitor will turn off, but all the hardware would keep running. I have not updated windows or changed any hardware config's. I did however remove everything from my motherboard because I had to tinker with my case a little. I put everything back in the same spot so I don't see how this would effect it. Any suggestions?

Sorry my post ain't contributing to a solution, but I just wanna say that I also have this problem with my computer that I built. The monitor goes to sleep, but my fans and everything still glows/spins/stays on.

Have a look at the bios, see if the setting has changed to let you go into sleep mode, or turn off... if its not that, who knows... *eerie music*
