Ok, I just put a new MOBO in, got everything up and running, but noticed something wierd. My Processor is a P4 2.4ghz, but it says 1.8ghz now. I can go into "device manager" and scroll down to processor, and it reads P4 2.4ghz. Then i go to Control Panel > System, and it says 1.8ghz.

Could that be an inaccurate reading?

BTW, I downloaded Aida32, and it shows 1.8 ghz.... WTF? :(

Well it can be over-clocked to 2.4 but Im not exactly sure why its getting a in-accurate reading... maybe boot up your bios and check what its running at to make sure, Aida32 is accurate though so its more then likely 1.8ghz

CPU-Z: http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php

Should tell you both what you bought (Specification) and what it's running at (Core Speed). You're probably just going to need to take a quick trip into your BIOS config utility to sort things.

Alright, i ran that program you told me to get, psyno. Took a snap shot too...

I noticed that my FSB is 100mhz.... its supposed to be 533mhz :x.

I went into my BIOS, and looked around in there. I dident see anything i could change for my CPU. who knows what else isent set up right in BIOS.....

You're right. You found the problem. Your FSB is set to be 100 MHz when it should actually be 133 MHz. (533 MHz is a made-up figure used for marketing, achieved by factoring in that the Pentium 4 chipsets' FSBs are quad-pumped.) If you do the multiplication...
100 *18 = 1800
(133 + 1/3) * 18 = 2400
Look familiar?
Good job.

I dont see anything in my BIOS for my FSB settings, though. I'll take another scope at it.

NVM, got it fixed. One of the jumpers on the Mobo was in the wrong spot. i switched it around, and everything was normal in speeds, and whatnot
