PS07 Mod Needs your input!

The mod Ps07 is back and its ready to let the whole world know about it. Ps07 is about fun, no waiting for a respawn(in less your in a gameplay such as lastman standing), no realistic weapons or dmg. The mod brings back the joy of the old deathmatch, with new and fun ways to kill your friends. Rather toying with the new gameplays or with the weapons, you shall have a blast! There is features that I plan to add, but the mod is community based. Other words, what you want in it, will most likely come in it!
That is why I posted here, to get people to email or post in the ps07 forums some ideas on to what they want in it. Anyway check out the site if you wish, but please do send me a message(forum,email,etc) on to what you think would be great for the mod.

Here are some basic features that I have planed, not all are listed.
- Tons of new, unique, oldies weapons[Nuke,BFG,RailGun,Splater,Shrinker].
- Mutator System [More then one game play at a time - HeadHunt,Trainhunt]
- New Hud
- Damage Indicater
- Will work any valve map and gameplay [So if you want to play a CS, TFC, etc ] - You can toggle what you want on and off.
- Tons of CVARS to customize your server.
- Balanced Gameplays
- NO REALISM (in less the community REALY wants it, but it will be a cvar that will default off.)
- Funky Items; Jet Pack, PowerUps, Traps..
- Up to date releases
- Alot more...............

Its nice to see somebody is creating a non-realistic mod. Nice change of pace. I think this should be a seperate mod. I don't know how well it would work with different game types like TF or CS. Could you flesh out your idea a little bit? Like specific weapons and features.

- It is a seperate mod, just some ppl liked to play TFC maps/gameplay with the ps07 weapons. Play teamgame or ctf, etc with the weapons.
- Im creating a list that is the planed features/weapons(should be on the site soon), but if you never played the older vertion of the mod its harder to explain.

the mod is only coded? how does that work? won't you need to create models for new guns and graphics and textures and do animations and so on?
oh, and if you do spinoffs of popular game characters, you can use them because they wouldnt necassarly be the same as the actual characters that your are imitating as long as you change them enough, but keep them similar to the originals so people can familiarize themselves with them. For example charactertures(sp?) when people exagerate certain qualities of someone.

personally i think it would be kinda lame if you just steal or use with permission other people's work and just stick it into the game, it will look all funky as if it doesnt belong with everything else and it also sounds lazy, but hey, it's you're mod.. maybe i should make my own..

Yo Raxel, I loved your mod in HL 1... I'd love to help out if I could, I might be able to do something (music, mapping, ideas) lol but thats pretty much useless to your cause I wish I could have your weapons and my new mod combined together You should check it out there will be a webpage up on my mod soon, but yeah I loved ps07 to death. Oh and I think what he means by "this mod is only coded" is that he doesnt actually make new models or maps, he just uses whats avaliable... you'll have to check with him fo sho.
