PS2 though TV tuner any good programs

My pc has a tv tuner card with Composite inputs on it(red,white yellow)and s video.Well i want to connect my ps2 though it so i can see it on my monitor but i need a program cause everyone i have tried just gets inputs of the antenna they don't give any other option.

The strange thing is if i use the software with came with my web cam it allows me to select the tv tuner and i can see the ps2. But it's to small and has no sound so i know my tv tuner is workin ok.

Try Virtualdub.

File->Capture AVI (doesn't record yet, displays Video)
If you just see blue then
Devices -> select Composite/S-Video device, not TV tuner

If you want to record go to File->Set Capture File -> F5 (start capture)

I tried that program you said but it gives me the video in black and white and it blurry i tried messing with the setting but nothing seems to fix it.

Under Video -> Video Source is it set to composite?
Under Video -> Capture Filter -> Video Decoder tab -> Video standard is it set to NTSC or PAL?
