PSP 1.5 Wallpaper?

I know there is a program for the PSP that allows you to put custom wallpapers on your v1.5 PSP, I just can't find it, can someone help me out?

Not sure.. I use Sony's PSP manager to transfer stuff (not free) but can't you just put a picture on there under the image folder and set it as your background?

1.5 doesn't have very many features of the 2.x PSPs, the only reason I'm keeping 1.5 is homebrew and.... other things...
