I can't even use that link asus. LOL, but I use under about 300W without adding in the 3 sticks of memory and X800.

That guide only tells you the amount of wattage your pc will drain if all of the components are running at "peak utilization" - that includes everything from the floppy drive to the mobo - and it's highly unlikely that you'll be running everything at full at the same time.
