people don't bother with this if you live outside US the promotiona? offer for this game seems to be region specific and all you get is broken software.

Strange, had no crashing issues at all here - sure it's a pretty bloated program and the video ads are pretty obnoxious but you can usually work around those and run it windowed etc etc. Good way to try out the game if you've never experienced it.
