Purchasing HL2

I have a debit card that can do debit AND credit purchases at stores and what not. I need to verify that it is O.K. for me to enter it as a credit card to purchase the bronze package over Steam.

I have searched the Steam Support section on their site but couldn't find anything on this, plus a post my brother made had me perma banned from their forums, so I can't ask that question there.

Help would be appreciated!

Step 1. Email VALVe support and explain your problem.

It shouldn't really need to go further than that.
Otherwise you could just try with that card and see what happens. As long as you only try once or twice there will be no repercussions from VALVe (it's entirely fair for a user to try a credit card and find he's over his limit and so try another, or, as in your case, see whether a card will work! )

Thanks man, I think I'll just wait a week or so and buy it at Best Buy. Just to be safe
