QQ. The animal in office

Is it still possible to shot open the wall in office and find the pic of that animal behind?

And, has anyone found any other "hole" in a wall?

I dont think the old hole in the wall exists anymore cuz i saw some stuff in front of where it used to be...Didnt shoot at it though...
I do know that in Piranisi or Cbble there is a room with a giraffe-like sculpture in it LOL. You can only get to it by spectate tho.
