Quake 4 Patches + Map Packs ?

Hey lads, just reinstalled Quake 4 and decided to give Multiplayer a run seeing as ive completed Single Player and was wondering if there was a latest patch i need to download and are there any major map-packs that i might need ?

I don't play it online, but I found:

There's also a Quake 4 official Christmas map pack (the maps are NOT Christmas themed). I have it, but I don't remember where I got it. It shouldn't be too hard to find.

theres not many peoples playing Q4 online anymore.....

Nope it's even busier on quake3. But 90% of the quake3 servers are running excessive mod, which sucks. I can't find a single server that is running normal deathmatch and has an acceptable ping

Nah bugger Q3, i know plenty of people that play Q4 online so tis all good main reason is for the upcoming lan tourny i'm going to with some friends so just wanna get some practice in
