question about getting film developed

say i was gonna get some film developed, and say it had some "nude" shots in there....would the peeple developing my film confiscate it?

i know my moms taken some pretty embarrising nude photos of her husband, (my stepdad), and they didnt take them away from her...

am i risking anything by getting my nude photos developed?

That might be a violation of some sort of vendor-customer priviledge. Anyway, unless your girlfriend LOOKS 17, and you're planning to sell the pictures to 40-year-old guy, I wouldn't worry about it.
