Instead of having my question overlooked in one of the other GTA topics, I felt like making a new one...MONKEY!
One of the things that I have been wondering is the following...
If a nasty ass car with a giant Subwoofer drives by, will you then be able to hear the subwoofer make some noise from inside the car or is it just like the other GTA games where you can't hear what goes on inside the other cars?
