open the texture browser and type Skybox as the filter, then the path of the texture has the skybox name, (just remember to remove the bk, ft, bits because they are just the the different pieces of the cube, and you dont need the folder name either.

skybox/de_cobblebk = de_cobble

Hope that makes sense.
