Question about IE7

I've just got IE7 through an automatic windows update. For some reason it hangs everytime I try to open it. However it runs no problem if I run it without 'add-ons' such as activeXcontroller.

Do you know what the cause of the hangs would be, and if there is any way to fix it?

You could swap to firefox, or update it.

i upgraded to did the same thing i just went back to mozilla firefox its faster at browsing any way

Hate to compare, but I feel IE6 is faster at browsing then FireFox 1

Yes, but Firefox 2 is out now.

Also, you may not have your Firefox configured to the best it could be.
