Question about player amounts.

Hi all, I've completed this map and through testing everything works fine. But I'm unsure how to raise the 2-player limit. The map test in Hammer automatically opens the server with a 2 player cap, and by creating a new server my only options are "frag limit" and "time limit" or something similar. Is this done through Hammer or through creating a server? Any help is very much appreciated.
