question for which video card

will this video card: VisionTek Xtasy 9200 / 256MB DDR / PCI play well with the new cs? what i mean by "well" is that there will be no lag considering that i have 2.8 ghz 768 ddr ram

I would guess around 35-40 FPS average at 1024x768. Better at 800x600.
