Questions about ATI tech support

I recently (Well, not recently - it took like a week longer then it was supposed to to ship to ATI) sent my Radeon 9600 Pro back to ATI for to be repaired/replaced. I got there a few days ago, but I havnt heard anything from them. Is this normal? Also, I never registered my card with them, and I didn't realize this until I had sent it. Will this cause any problems? I bought it directly from them, so I'm hoping they have it on file or something.

Also, how long does it usually take to get the card back from them?
