Questions about Half-Life: Source.

I have had Half-Life 2 since the start of its release. I didnt have enough money to buy the collectors pack. I just wanted to know how I could get it still so I can get it on my Steam Account. And is it worth it?

Unfortunately, at the moment, if you already own a steam package you cannot upgrade.

You would need to buy another package on another steam account. I don't know whether you can get the extra stuff seperately. Maybe try the Valve shop?
