Quick guys..help me make a decision

Should I get the (9800GTX+ by Gigabyte) or the (Asus 9800GTX+Dark Knight)?

or should I go for some ATI card. I'm going in about ten minutes to buy, and I'm yet to do research. Your opinions would be most useful.

Asus Dark Knight, also don't pay anymore than 150 quid for that card. Prices you've got?

yes, thats about 100 quid (conversions) they are giving me the dark knight for, and 110 quid for the 9800GTX+. But theres a catch, the 9800GTXgigabyte has 1GB DDRRAM at 1000Mhz, while the dark knight has 512Mb at 1333Mhz. WHAT NOW??
