Quick Q' on the Buggy

When you first get into the buggy and then you get lowered onto the beach; when she drops you and you land upside down, how do you flip the buggy back over? Pressing my function key doesn't work, nades don't work, I can't find a way up into the crane to pick the buggy up and reposition it. Is it a small glitch or am I just missing something really simple?

Shoot it with the gravity gun. It should turn upside up.
