Quick question...

will Episode One play right on my PC if my Half Life 2 keeps freezing up on me now? when i first got Half Life 2 i played it smoothly with no problems, but now when i try to play it, it will freeze up...i think it started when alot of people started experiencing the same thing as me, so im hoping it is just a bug for Half Life 2 and wont happen for Episode One also...

It depends on what the problem is. Could be a Steam Update, but if it is, Valve will fix it. If it's a problem with your computer, then you probaly won't be able to play HL2 Aftermath crash free.

Did you install any new software/hardware?? Maybe your PC is over heating. But like Ultima said

If you could play HL2 before with no problem, once your problem gets fixed you should have no problem.
