quick question

can anyone tell me if you can use the ragdoll settings of:
Inertia
Damping
Rotdamping
Bias

in a physics model?
i suspect you cant use all of them as some seem specific to ragdolls. but im thinking maybe inertia?

anyway if someone could clear this up for me i would appreciate it.
