R* San Diego layoffs

they probably were the guys who worked on multiplayer....because that part of the game sucks balls!
 
It's fairly competent for a sandbox MP component (sans the unapproachable interface...), Euphoria just isn't that conducive to a fluid multiplayer experience considering it's hard to precisely enter a goddamn door without smacking the side of it, as Yahtzee told us. The single player's breadth far makes up for it, I've paid the same price for sheer mediocrity with no attempt at MP whatsoever.

Sucks for those let go, economy tanking, etc
 
Again, as has been pointed out on the internets already, these are not all that uncommon after a game ships. Sad, yes. Newsworthy? I don't think so.

Shame that its happened to R* though. Atleast they make, you know, games worth mentioning.
 
Yeah, like Grand Theft Auto # and their completely different game, Grand Theft Equine.
