R9800Pro or X800Pro?

I've ordered a MSI RX9800 Pro would it seems to be out of stock and could be out of stock for a while because there is a huge demand. I'm building my new comp probably this week and I'm currently running on a dying GF2Ti 64mb and I have a GF256 32mb for backup if it dies. Should I wait for the order to come through or save up (it will take me a little over a month) for an X800 Pro? Thing is, I wanna be fully upgraded once HL2 releases and it's very possible that it's less than a month away.

9800 pro with 128mb ram can be picked up for roughly £130.
9800 pro with 256mb ram can be picked up for roughly £230.

You should get a 128mb version though, the diffrencial is pointless.
