rad error

get this error when compiling:

Could not find lights.rad in lights.rad.
Trying VRAD BIN directory instead...
ERROR: Couldn't open texlight file c:\program files\valve\steam\steamapps\myemail\sourcesdk\bin\lights.rad

What does it mean and how can I fix it?

copy a lights.rad file into the folder it tells you about:

c:\program files\valve\steam\steamapps\myemail\sourcesdk\bin\
