RAGE...locked out of steam....

when I tried to install steam on my netbook and I couldn't log in it sai dthe PW was wrong so I tried to reset it....then I got some stupid e-mail mentioning a pass phrase.

I turn on my main Desktop today now I can't log iin here either....****
I already made a support ticket last night.How long does Valve take to get back to their loyal and paying customers?

2-3 days for password recovery, perhaps longer (it's faster for hijacked accounts)

got a e-mail back and they reset it for me....I was worried cuz people on the steam forum said it can take up to 7 days D:

I never received anything about a pass phrase and their are a lot people that had this same issue.
Why would you get all personal about something like this? :-\
