Hi guys and gals. I was thinking of picking up a copy of Raising the Bar this weekend. Do I have to activate it on steam to read it, and if that is the case will I have to download pages for it? Cause my internet has been down and I don't know if I'll be able to do that just now. Also did anybody else with it have any trouble letting friends read it, or borrow it? Will my friends have to have steam or even worse have to buy it themselves? Thanks.
