what is the 1T after the latency numbers?

2-2-2-5 or 2-3-2-6 1T is better? or how are they different?

T1 is the command rate, which is a delay timing which I believe happens before the other timings. T1 is better than T2, as an example.

2-2-2-5 will have better performance but only by a little bit. 2-3-2-6 is still very good. 2-2-2-5 generally allows for a little higher OCs or running the same speeds at slightly lower timings.
It isn't much and generally there is a big price difference between the two series of timings.
