Random Adobe Premiere Question

In windows movie maker when u put one movie file on top of the other, they both play at the same time. In adobe, it just cuts out the first file. How do I make both movies play at the same time? I have two people in two different movies standing on opposite sides of the same background, so I want it to look like theyre both there at the same time.

There's more than one line you can place movies on, place it on another line directly upwards.

Obviously. That just cut to the next video when the bar passed the second layer. =\
