Restarted My Computer. Logged on. This pops up.

00100156.EXE - Common Language RUntime Debugging Services

Application has generated an expection that could not be handled.

Process id=0xb58 (2904), Thread id=0x8d4(2260)

Click OK to terminate the application
Click CANCEL to debug the application.

Clicking OK button doesn't appear to do anything, pressing Cancel brings up

00100156.EXE - No debugger found.

REgistered JIT debugger is not avaliable. An attempt to launch a JIT debugger with the following command resulted in an error code of 0x2 (2). Please check computer settings.

cordbg.exe !a 0xb58

Click on Retry to have the process wait while attaching a debugger manually.
Click on Cancel to abort the JIT debug request.

Any ideas?

You uninstall/install anything before the restart that may have caused it? Just googled the error and it appears that it could have something to do with the .NET framework. Would you be able to post what version you have installed? You should find the installed versions in Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel.
