Random Game Effects

I was wonding if you can turn off some of the game effets in the console, IE the rain on aztec. There was a command to get rid of it on 1.5 but quite a few commands seem to have changed.

Also on the CT spawn on proddy my pc total spacks out and im guessing its to do with that wire with the sparks coming out of it. Is there any way to get rid of that so my pc dosnt lag out every time i run into the bomb site because i dont think it helps my game to much

I think that if you lower one of the videosettings they will be removed. And I'm pretty sure there also is a console command for it but I'm a console noob :-P

i can turn off the rain i just dont rememer what the command is i think its cl_rain 0 but i dont think thats it
