random popup message box thing HELP!!!

im having some real trouble with these pop up windows things im getting ( screen shot) i really dunno what it is or were its comeing. it keeps coming up when im playing CS and then the hole game minimises and i die :/ really gay especilly in clan matches and stuff.

i have used spybot, addware and norton ani virious to try and get rid of it but its not going away. its realyl starting to get on my nurves now so if ne one know hows to get rid of this crap please help!

Open RUN
type in "msconfig"
Click at start
Look for any unusual programs that aren't suppose to start up...

You are getting those messages becuae you have yet to disable Windows Messanger Serviece. THIS IS NOT MSN. It is a messanger service origonally made for Sysadmins and is left on by default in Windows XP.

To turn it off go to this page and follow the instructions.
