things (headcrabs, metrocops, etc.) are randomly spawning in black mesa east, and b/c of the headcrabs people are turning into zombies, and no one is shooting! WTF?
If you look at your earlier post about using cheats, I think it would be safe to assume you're ****ing up the game somehow. Or maybe even you have a pirated version!
