RCON to my own server

Hi People.

I'm running my own HF2 server but when i play on my own server and connecting with my work station i can not give rcon commands.After the connecting i typ in my console : rcon_password <xxxxx> and then press enter.But when i give the command changelevel dm_runoff the console ansers with unable to change map not running server??
Can some tell me how i can give rcon commands with my game to my HF2 server??

You need to put 'rcon' before every command. So to change to dm_runoff the proper command would be rcon changelevel dm_runoff.

Thx,,but for correct working i have to connect by LAN connection but i its working.
