well the first was shitt so anything could be better than it. It looks ok, but heres an idea, why dont they just stick to the real story line, its got enough plot and action in it.

Same writer, but different director (who seems to have a more respectable resume than Paul "I'm a fan of Resident Evil. I swear!" Anderson). I'm not keeping my hopes up too much.

I would say 'it had better be better' but since I'm not particularly a fan of any of the RE games anyway, I don't give a monkey's uncle whether the film is any good or not. That said, if it is good I will be pleasantly surprised. I like zombie films, so sue me.

I don't ge it; I thought Alice ended up in Racoon City alone and has to fight her way out of there...? That would've been alot more thrilling than being re-recruited and sent out as a hunter or whatever... :|

I dunno how the games go, but by the looks of it from the end of the first film she ends up in the city after the shit has hit the fan, and in the second she catches up to this bunch, or something *shrugs* looks good though.

i dunno, i guess the first film could've been better but i really enjoyed it. I like zombie films and that one suited my tastes. This looks like its got some cheesiness(sp?) but looks like its worth seeing.

Does anybody know what the name of that song is thats playing?

I dunno how the games go, but by the looks of it from the end of the first film she ends up in the city after the shit has hit the fan, and in the second she catches up to this bunch, or something *shrugs* looks good though.

Alice is not in the game series at all. The movies are just semi-official Twilight Zone thingies really. Actually, none of the characters from the first movie is in the games come to think of it. Jill from RE1 & RE3 is in the second movie though.

I kinda liked the first one, I was just glad that Romero didn't stay with it. His script was not like the game at all. Only problem I have with it so far is Nicholai, wasn't he russian in RE2?, I mean the guy had a deep accent and all, I dont know how this guy will sound. The guy that is playing him looks like friggen Danny Bonaduce. Also I thought ashcroft was like mentally insane?


I believe the song is by Papa Roach and will be on their next album.

I'd never played the games *ducks from stoning* apart from a short very old demo of the first one, so only really knew of Racoon City (a lil bit) Didn't think the film would be much good but ended up enjoying it, but then I do seem to go for the whole zombie film type thing

Heh, I played it before it finnished loading and it stopped just on the part where that woman in the advert morphs....Not something I particulally wish to have stuck in my mind.

Since I never really liked the games that much, the film wasn't a disapointment, but I have to say it was more about pure entertainment than anything deep.
