Re-Installing CSS HELP PLEASE

Hey its me. again. anyways, i need someone to tell me how Re-install CSS as i installed a bunch of skins for every weapon and now they make me lag. please tell me. i give you phong.

just delete your:
steamapps\[yourusername]\counter-strike source\cstrike folder. This'll delete all your skins, and your cfg so you'll have to set that back up.

Alternatively, go through all your folders in your cstrike folder where you installed the skins, and delete them. This usually includes:
models, materials, scripts, sounds.

Wouldn't that delete the whole game?
