Really weird video/computer problem..help?

Recently when I would be playing a game the monitor would just shut down and nothing would happen. Now I would assume this is a problem with the monitor. but when I am playing a game and I have Ventrillo(like teamspeak) in the backround and this problem occurs
I would get dissconnected from ventrillo..so basically my internet wont work either when my monitor shuts down. And i was playing a game with my friend and this happened and he said I lagged out. so I guess it cant be a monitor problem becuase if it was then would my internet really die as well? It cant be my video card because I just replaced it (thought that was the problem). So my only guess can be maybe its the power supply thats dieing?

What are the specs of your powersupply? Wattage and the volts on the rails. If you can find a picture of the sticker on the side or just post it here.
